StatusLink is an online benefits administration and claim inquiry tool provided to Klais clients, plan participants, and other Klais business partners that are users of this web site. The StatusLink application has been secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, with an authenticity certificate provided by Verisign. The ability to access the StatusLink application is restricted to registered, validated users as administered by Klais. In addition, existing Klais clients are able to download Administrative Forms for their personal use and/or distribution within their own organizations. The ability to download these forms has been restricted by a valid username/password combination. Klais reserves the right to grant or deny access to any or all areas of its web site as Klais deems appropriate.

The information available in StatusLink is updated on a daily basis. This process is completed during an "overnight update cycle". This allows information changes (additions, modifications, deletions) made during Klais' normal operating hours to be updated into StatusLink. Accordingly, the data available in StatusLink is typically current up to the preceding business day's overnight update cycle. However, because of the technology used or circumstances beyond the control of Klais (such as hardware or software failures, power outages, acts of God, etc.), the overnight update cycle may not always successfully complete. In these instances, the data available in StatusLink may NOT be as current as expected. Klais will make every reasonable effort to address problems encountered during the overnight update cycle and bring the StatusLink data up to a "current" state. However, if you have any questions regarding information contained within StatusLink, you should call Klais at the main phone number and ask to speak with the appropriate department.
