StatusLink Helpful Hints

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Set your monitor (screen) resolution to 1024 x 768 pixels for best performance;

StatusLink can only be used with the following web browsers:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or 6.0 (recommended for best performance)
Netscape 4.50 through 4.78

Limitations in the current version of the browser for America Online (AOL) prevents StatusLink from executing properly. If you attempt to access StatusLink directly from within AOL, StatusLink will either return an error message indicating a script error has occurred, or time out after approximately 10 minutes. If you use AOL as your internet connection, perform the following steps:

Launch AOL to access the internet
Minimize your AOL window
Launch an Internet Explorer session
Access the Klais home page
Start StatusLink from within the Klais home page (within your Internet Explorer session)


StatusLink does not support and will not run reliably if you are using any of the following web browsers:
Microsoft Internet Explorer - all versions prior to 5.01
Netscape version 6
Netscape version - all versions prior to 4.50
All other web browsers (such as Mozilla, WebTV, etc.)
