The Klais Health Network Preferred
Provider Organization (PPO) assists our clients in
controlling healthcare costs by providing them access
to substantial discounts from the premier healthcare
providers in Ohio. We have achieved this by contracting
with select hospital facilities and providers in 70
counties throughout the state of Ohio.

Our extensive network of providers covers 70 counties
throughout the state of Ohio, with coverage extending
into neighboring states. The Klais Health Network is
made up of:
- 75 hospitals;
- 10 rehabilitation hospitals
- More than 8,100 ancillary and multi-specialty
physicians
- More than 3,550 family practice, general
practice, pediatrics and internal medicine
physicians
- More than 6,000 physicians certified by the Ohio
Bureau of Workers' Compensation
- A state-wide nursing home network
The Advantages of the Klais Health Network
Our providers have agreed to supply health care
services at negotiated fees and do not bill in excess of
those fees. Also, for customer convenience, the KHN
provider directory is broken down by specialty and
county for quick and easy referral. We are continually
developing our provider network and negotiating new
contracts in an effort to serve you better and furnish
you with the most comprehensive selection of health care
providers for your benefit dollar.
